Attending the European Championships? Here’s the easiest way!
From Wednesday, September 11 to Sunday, September 15, Limburg will be the setting for the UEC Road European Championships. The province is known as the cycling paradise of Flanders, so it would be a shame not to come to the cycling event of the year by bike yourself.
Bike Parking
Do you live near the Championships course? We will set up monitored bike parkings in both Heusden-Zolder and Hasselt. In Hasselt, the bike parking is located near the fan zone at Kolonel Dusartplein, easily reachable by following the signs from the small city ring road. In Heusden-Zolder, the bike parking is situated right next to the official fan zone at the velodrome. Don’t forget to bring a bike lock!
Park & Bike
Living too far from the course to come by bike? You can use the Park & Bike parkings. Bring your bike on your car’s bike rack, park at a distance, and cycle the last few kilometers. From the Park & Bike parkings, we’ll provide bike routes to the fan zones in Heusden-Zolder (velodrome) and Hasselt (Kolonel Dusartplein).
